- Two things are held back: you can't delete records and can't manage users or roles — everything else works normally.
- Your username ends in a (Demo) display name so it's clear you're on the demo.
What you can do
- Add a new employee, file and approve leave, and run a payroll end to end.
- See how leave, attendance, payroll and approvals fit together as you make changes.
- Use the global search and the Help & guides to find your way around.
A few cautions
- It's all sample data. Everything shown is fictional — don't treat any of it as real.
- The demo can be reset or wiped at any time. Nothing here is kept, and it isn't backed up.
- Please don't enter real personal or employee information. This is a shared demo, not a private, production-grade environment.
- Deleting is switched off, and user & role management is hidden — so nobody can wipe a shared demo or lock others out. Everything else you'd expect works.
